Nike Style Seuol

Nike launched its first ever Nike Style concept store in Seoul’s Hongdae district to connect with Gen Z through a blend of fashion, technology and sport culture. We conducted more than twenty in-store interviews to gather insights, understand how shoppers engaged with the full experience and identify opportunities to strengthen the concept. The work delivered a set of experience principles and optimizations that informed future Nike Style stores and helped the concept scale globally.

Inside Track London + Paris

Nike introduced an interactive footwear comparison table called Inside Track in its London and Paris flagship stores to help shoppers compare two shoes side by side. We conducted in-store research and interviews with Gen Z and Millennial shoppers to understand how the technology supported product discovery and guided purchase decisions. The work delivered recommendations that helped Nike strengthen the fixture and make it a more central part of the shopper journey.
